broodmares Fit Lady, Maggie My Love and Blairsden
Bound enjoy a walk in the fresh snow. Tranquility
Farm will have six new registered Thoroughbred foals
for adoption within the next two months. Watch this

To
the delight of the horses Tranquility Farm's weed
eater, Isabelle, has produced two fine new lambs. |
| Black
Out is a Canadian race mare who was injured in a
transportation accident en route from Canada to race
in the US. Her story illustrates the razor's edge
that racehorses walk as her owner no longer wanted
her when she injured her legs. Rescued and sent to
Tranquility Farm by a network of supporters, she
avoided the terrible fate of so many horse who
suddenly find themselves unwanted. Watch for Black
Out on our adoption page when she has recovered from
her injuries, she is a total sweetheart!
Update: Black Out was Adopted
the first week of April! |
