Many
of Tranquility’s horses come to live out their days in a
well-deserved retirement. Their comfort and happiness are
paramount. Retired horses live in compatible groups of like age
and temperament, and spend their days grazing in grass paddocks
with ample loafing sheds for shade and shelter. In the cold
mountain winters most retirees are stabled in the farm’s
seventy-five box stalls, with daily turnout. Some of our
retirees are suitable as Pasture
Pals.
